Recommended Set Up/Assembly Sequence

1. Prepare the tractor.

   1. See Preparing the Tractor section.

   2. 3X20, 4X00, 4X10 Series, 3203, and 4005 Tractors: Inspect weight bracket.

   3. Install mounting frames.

   4. 3X20, 4X00, 4X10 Series, 3203, 4005, and 4105 Tractors: Install hood guard.

   5. 855, 955, 870, 970, 1070, and 990 Tractors: Install front weight bracket and hood guard.

2. Prepare the loader.

   1. Remove shipping banding, wire and dunnage.

   2. Install bucket/attachment.

   3. 855, 955, 870, 970, 1070, and 990 Tractors with hydraulic couplers on left-hand side: Install oil line conversion kit. (Bundle ordered separately.)

   4. Install hydraulic hoses.

   5. Position loader to mount on tractor.

3. Attach loader to tractor. (See Attach Loader section.)

4. Perform final inspection and adjustments.

5. Install optional equipment/attachments.
