Final Inspection and Adjustments

  1. IMPORTANT: Hardware torque MUST be checked after the first 10 hours and every 50 hours thereafter.

    Check mounting frame and loader hardware. (See FIRST 10 HOURS in Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

  2. NOTE: Right-hand side oil lines and hoses shown.

    Hose Bundle Routing

    A - Hose Bundle

    B - Hose Support

    C - Parking Stand

    D - Spring Locking Pin

    Make sure hose bundle (A) is routed to avoid contact with tractor.

    H160 and H165 Loaders installed on tractors with right-hand side hydraulics only: Fasten hose support (B) to inside of parking stand (C) using spring locking pin (D).



  3. Start tractor engine and check loader operation. (See procedure in Attach Loader section.)

  4. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

  5. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower to the ground.

  6. Shut off tractor and remove key.

  7. Check tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. (See your tractor Operator's Manual.)

  8. Check parking latch cap screw adjustment. (See Checking Parking Latch Cap Screw Adjustment procedure in EVERY 50 HOURS of Lubrication and Maintenance section.)
