Remove Ballast Box

CAUTION: To prevent personal injury caused by unexpected tractor movement:

1. Park machine on a level surface.
2. Engage parking brake and place transmission in PARK.
3. Disengage PTO.
4. Shut off engine and remove key.

A - Center Link

B - Quick-Lock Pins (3 used)

1. Lower ballast box to the ground.

2. Remove quick-lock pins (B) from hitch pins and install in storage position on tractor draft links.

3. Remove tractor draft links from the ballast box pins.

4. Remove quick-lock pin (B) from the center link (A). Position tractor center link in transport location. Reinstall center link pin and hardware.

5. Start engine and drive tractor away.

A - Latch Levers

1. Lower ballast box so it is slightly off the ground.

2. Engage parking brake and place transmission in PARK.

3. Raise both latch levers (A) on the quick coupler.

4. Continue lowering the ballast box to the ground. Continue lowering the quick coupler until hooks clear ballast box pins.

5. Start engine and drive tractor away.
