Detach 120R Loader

To help prevent personal injury caused by falling or shifting
loader, always detach loader on a hard level surface. Do not detach
loader equipped with a pallet fork. A materials bucket is recommended.
IMPORTANT: To avoid damage to hydraulic hoses, make sure that
hoses are removed from retaining guides before detaching. To avoid damage to the machine, remove fender extensions before detaching
loader.
Start engine.

Release parking brake and place transmission in NEUTRAL.

Dump bucket 10—20° and lower to ground.
-
Retract lift cylinders, raising front wheels 25—50 mm
(1—2 in) off the ground.

A - Latch
Move both loader mast latches (A) upward into the UNLOCKED
position.

IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging hydraulic hoses, remove the hose
bundle from the hose guide so that the hoses do not get pinned on
top of the mast during loader detach.

Remove hose bundle (A) from the hose guide (B).

D - Latch
Roll back bucket level to the ground. Extend loader lift
cylinders until parking stand (B) contacts the ground, masts (A) lift
off mounting frames (C), and latches (D) automatically snap into locked
position.

Engage parking brake and place transmission in PARK.

Shut off engine.

NOTE: Loader and implements can shift when pressure is relieved.
Relieve hydraulic pressure. (See Relieve Pressure in Hydraulic
System in the Controls section of this Operator’s Manual.)

A - Collar, Female (4 used)
B - Coupler, Male (4 used)
C - Plug (4 used)
D - Cap (4 used)
Disconnect Hydraulics:

Push back collar (A) on female coupler and pull out male coupler
(B).
-
Install dust plug (C) in female coupler and cap (D) on the male
coupler as shown.

Repeat procedure for all hose connections.

Store hoses on boom, DO NOT lay hoses on the ground.

IMPORTANT:

To avoid hose damage, be sure that hoses do not catch on
tractor when moving away from loader.
Start engine.

Disengage parking brake and place transmission in REVERSE. Pull away from loader.
