Prepare the Loader

1. CAUTION:

   To help prevent bodily injury from falling loader, support with overhead hoist during disassembly and assembly.

   A - Lifting Strap

   B - Spring Locking Pin (2 used)

   C - Screws (2 each side)

   D - Screw and Washer (1 each side)

   E - Cap Screw and Nut (1 each side)

   F - Mast Pin (1 each side)

   G - Torque Tube

   Approximate weight of loader is 312 kg (688 lbs). To help prevent bodily injury from falling loader, support with overhead hoist during disassembly and assembly.

   Attach lifting strap (A) to torque tube (G) and an overhead hoist.

2. Remove spring locking pins (B) and mast pins (F).

3. Remove mounting hardware (D and E) and both parking stands.

4. Remove and discard screws (C) and hold-down straps from both sides.

   C - Parking Stand, Right-Hand

   Lift loader off pallet using an overhead hoist with lifting straps attached securely to loader. Lay loader flat on the ground.

6. Remove all shipping wires and bucket level indicator rod (A) attached to right-hand side.

7. Remove bucket timing rod (B) from inside right-hand parking stand (C).

   B - Parking Stand (1 each side)

   C - Spring Locking Pin (2 used)

   Install right-hand parking stand (B) into bottom of right-hand side of storage tube. Install left-hand parking stand into opposite side of storage tube. Fasten each parking stand with spring locking pins (C).

9. Cut paint mask rings (A) off all cylinders (if equipped).

10. Install carrier and timing rod. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)

11. Install third-function oil lines, if ordered. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)

12. Install loader-to-multicoupler hydraulic hoses, if ordered. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)
