Coupling Brake Hoses
NOTE:
The brake system may be oil or air pressurized.
Hydraulic braking system (Not for Germany)
IMPORTANT:
Check that all hose connections are clean.
To be able to use oil pressure braking, the hydraulic hose in the brake valve has to be connected to the tractor (see tractor manual).
If the hose is disconnected, connect the quick-coupling tip to the proper parking position (A).
Unlocking the parking brake:
-
Turn away catch (B) from the brake lever (the catch may not be visible anymore).
-
To unlock the parking brake, pull loose brake lever (C) with a brief and anti-clockwise movement and next put back the lever with a clockwise movement.
Attaching the emergency brake:
-
Engage catch (B) of the brake lever (the catch must be visible).
-
Fasten rope (D) to the tractor.
When uncoupling the machine, remove the rope and engage the emergency brake by turning the brake lever anti-clockwise, thus applying the brake.
