Filling Injector

The filling capacity of the sprayer can be increased with the filling injector.

The injector (A) is placed at the top of the tank and supplied with liquid from the high pressure circuitry. With the valve (C) the injector can be switched on and off. If the valve (B) in the suction line is open, the injector will aspirate liquid from the external filling connection to increase the filling capacity.

To fill the solution tank using the filling injector proceed as follows:

• Connect the filling hose to the external connection of the suction unit (F)
• Set the four-way valve of the suction unit (E) to "external suction". The circulation valve must be placed in position "return to tank", refer to "Circulation Valve" in the section "Operation of the Machine"
• Set the pressure selection valve (D) to "chemical inductor/rinsing head" in order to close it
• Start the pump
• After the pump has started to pump water, open valve (C) to supply the filling injector with liquid
• Open the valve (B) of the suction hose to the filling injector

Before disconnecting the filling hose, always close valves (B) and (C) first.
