Height adjustment, low position
When the drawbar is in the low position, the adjusting support (B) can be inverted. This allows to set the tow eye (A) in four different positions:
1.
When the drawbar adjusting support (B) is placed in the lowest position, the tow eye (A) can be fitted in two positions, which allows a height difference of + 27.5 mm.
2.
When the drawbar adjusting support (B) is inverted, the tow eye (A) can also be fitted in two positions. This allows a height difference compared to the previous settings of + 57.5 mm or + 85 mm.
With the steering drawbar set in the lower linkage position, the minimum height of the tow eye is approx. 50 cm with 270/95R48 tires, if the sprayer is level.
Height adjustment, upper position
With the steering drawbar set in the upper linkage position, the maximum height of the tow eye is approx. 98 cm with 270/95R48 tires, if the sprayer is level. The height of the tow eye can be set in two positions, similar as described above, which allows a height difference of + 27.5 mm.
When the drawbar adjusting support is inverted, the pivoting plate (D) needs to be repositioned as well. This can be done by unscrewing the sensor nuts (E) and removing caps and bolts (F). The pivoting plate (D) can now be removed. By removing the bolts (C), the drawbar adjusting support (B) can be removed and inverted. For the correct length refer to "Steering Drawbar Pivot" in the section "Preparing the Tractor".
CAUTION:
Do not adjust the tow eye or the drawbar adjusting support into a position where not all 8 bolts are used.
