Chemical Inductor with Rinsing HeadThis system can be used for both liquid and powdered chemicals and makes it possible to work from ground level. The induction hopper is folded in front on the left-hand side of the machine for transport purposes. The system comprises an induction hopper with cover, of approx. 55 liters and an injector. The hopper contains a ring line, a rinsing head (with frame) and a sieve plate for solution of the chemicals. The induction hopper is set to the working position by pulling out the inductor tank. The induction hopper must be folded back into its transport position before commencing spraying work in order to avoid crop damage and passing on diseases. The pressure selection valve (A) must be set to the "Chemical inductor" position in order to use the system. Clean water must be sucked from the rinse tank or via the filling hose when using the chemical inductor. Open valve (D) on the ring line in order to let water into the inductor for solution and dilution of the crop protection chemicals. The ring line will also flush the tank walls. An injector is fitted in the raised filling hole of the solution tank, to suck up the dissolved chemicals from the induction hopper and convey them into the tank via the basket strainer. This injector can be switched on and off with a ball valve (E). The rotating rinsing head (F) has a shut-off valve in the supply line which is operated by pressing down the metal ring (G) around the rinsing head. The shut-off valve will automatically spring close again when this ring is released. The rinsing system can be simply used by placing a jerry can, for example, over the rinsing head onto the metal ring. Press the jerry can down to open the shut-off valve so that the rinsing head flushes the inside of the jerry can clean. The shut-off valve will automatically close when the (clean) jerry can is released. A frame is available to hold empty bags etc. open while they are being flushed clean. |
