Machine Lubricating Nipple Summary
For all lubricating nipples use the MULTILUBER GREASE or John Deere SD POLYUREA GREASE. The 4-way ball valves require special grease with the following specification: GREASE LF 2 NLGI 2 according to DIN 51502 K 2 K - 20.

For sprayers with a steering drawbar, the lubricating nipple (arrow) must be regularly cleaned and greased.

The optional ball coupling must be regularly cleaned and the lubricating nipple (arrow) greased.

Lubrication nipples on revolving drawbar tow eye
For sprayers with a fixed lower linkage drawbar with revolving drawbar tow eye, the pin joint must be regularly cleaned and the lubricating nipple (arrow) greased.

Parallelogram height adjustment (H + I, M + N)
Clean all the 4 pivot points of the parallelogram boom height adjustment regularly and grease the lubricating nipples (arrows) on both sides.

Axle suspension frame (J + S)
Grease the lubricating nipples of the axle suspension frame on both sides, using adequate grease.

Braked axle (K + L, Q + R)
IMPORTANT:
Take care that the grease does not touch the inside of the brake drum or the brake lining.
Grease the lubricating nipples of the braked axle and brake lever (3 lubricating nipples per brake drum and lever) (air or hydraulic brakes), using adequate grease.
