Calibration of Nozzle Flow Rate
If the machine is fitted with a pressure sensor, the nozzle flow rate of the nozzles fitted must be calibrated.
New nozzles must also be calibrated due to loss of pressure!
After the pressure sensor has been calibrated, proceed as follows:

Set the computer to manual mode (MAN)

Start spraying with all sections opened

Set the computer to a spraying pressure of exactly 2.0 bar

Now measure the output of a few nozzles with the aid of a stop watch and a measuring jug for one minute (preferably one nozzle behind the machine, one in the centre of the spray boom and one at the end of the spray boom)

Calculate the average nozzle output in l/min

Program this nozzle output in the machine program for the nozzle in question
