Axles
The 700 series trailed sprayers can be equipped with different types of axles:

fixed axle (8-bolts) for track width 1.50/1.80 m (for 724 and 732; for 740 with a maximum speed of 25 km/h)

fixed axle (8-bolts) for track width 2.00/2.25 m (for 724 and 732; for 740 with a maximum speed of 25 km/h)

fixed axle (8-bolts) for track width 1.50/1.80 m (for 724 and 732; for 740 with a maximum speed of 40 km/h)

fixed axle (8-bolts) for track width 2.00/2.25 m (for 724 and 732; for 740 with a maximum speed of 40 km/h)

suspended axle (8-bolts) for track width 1.50/1.80 m (for 724 and 732; for 740 with a maximum speed of 25 km/h)

The axles with 8-bolt connection have a hub diameter of 221 mm and a wheel bolt diameter of 275 mm.
The axles comprise drum brakes with an external speed sensor or with an internal speed sensor, depending on the axle type. The axles are fitted to the frame with a double link connection. The axles can be fixed (A) or suspended with special polyurethane dampers (B). The axle suspension is completely free of maintenance.
