SETUP Factory Settings

"SETUP Factory Setup" can be entered as follows:

1. Press SETUP to display "SETUP" menu.
2. Press key A to select "SETUP JD Sprayer" menu.
3. Press key C to select "SETUP Machine Settings" menu.
4. Press key C to enter "SETUP Machine settings" menu.
5. Press the PAGE key to go to Page 2

Line B "Enter Factory Access Code": the factory settings are only accessible through a special access code (only for factory and / or sales branch). The access code should be entered with the numeric keys and confirmed by pressing key B afterwards. If the correct access code is entered with the numeric keys, the screen will go to "SETUP Factory PAGE 1". The factory access code only has to be entered once but must be re-entered when the power has been switched off. Line G The display returns to menu "SETUP JD Sprayer".

The factory settings configure the GreenStar sprayer control system for this particular type of sprayer and determine which information will appear on the display.

Line A "Machine Type": press key A to enter the machine type configuration menu. Line B "Sensor Configuration": press key B to enter the sensor configuration menu. Line C "Spray Boom Configuration": press key C to enter the spray boom configuration menu. Line D "Tank Configuration": press key D to enter the tank configuration menu. Line E "Regulation Details": press key E to adjust the factory regulation settings. Line F "Alarm Configuration": press key F to enter the alarm configuration menu. Line G The display returns to the "SETUP JD Sprayer" menu.

Press the "PAGE" key in "SETUP Factory PAGE 1" to go to "SETUP Factory PAGE 2" menu.

Line A "Trailing Drawbar (Yes/No)": if the sprayer is fitted with an automatic trailing drawbar "Yes" should be selected, in other cases "No" should be selected. Press key A to toggle between "Yes" and "No". Line B "Clear Total Data": Press key B to reset the "Total Data" memory to zero (cleared). The total data is displayed in the "INFO JD Sprayer" menu. Line C "Wind Average Time (s)": the time period for the wind speed measurement (if wind speed sensor is available) has to be entered here. A minimum duration (default = 30 seconds) is needed to compensate for changes of wind speed. Line D "Machine Serial #": press key D to enter the serial number of the machine. Line E "Main Module S/N": press key E to enter the serial number of the machine. Line G The display returns to the "SETUP JD Sprayer" menu.
