Machine Servicing Summary
For all lubricating nipples use the MULTILUBER GREASE or John Deere SD POLYUREA GREASE. The 4-way ball valves require special grease with the following specification: GREASE LF 2 NLGI 2 according to DIN 51502 K 2 K - 20 (John Deere Part Number: YU82711V004).

Boom pendulum system pivot point (A)
Grease the lubricating nipples (2) of the pivot points (arrows) of the boom pendulum system regularly.

Parallelogram height adjustment (B)
Clean all the eight pivot points of the parallelogram boom height adjustment regularly and grease the lubricating nipples (arrows) well.

Clean the pin joints (2) on the transport lock mechanism of the parallelogram boom height adjustment regularly and grease the lubricating nipples (arrows) well.

Height adjustment cylinders (D)
Clean the pin joints on both the height adjustment cylinders and grease the lubricating nipples (arrows) well. There are nipples on the piston side and on the rod side of the cylinders.

Sliding axle (E)
Clean the pin joints on both ends of the sliding axle and grease the lubricating nipples (arrow) well.

Braked axle (F)
IMPORTANT:
Take care that the grease does not touch the inside of the brake drum or the brake lining.
Lubrication nipples on braked fixed axle
Grease the lubricating nipples of the braked fixed axle and brake lever (3 lubricating nipples per brake drum and lever), using adequate grease.
Lubrication nipples on braked sliding axle
Grease the lubricating nipples of the braked sliding axle and brake lever (2 lubricating nipples per brake drum and lever), using adequate grease.

For sprayers with a revolving drawbar tow eye the pin joint, or K80 ball coupling must be regularly cleaned and the lubricating nipple (arrow) greased.

For sprayers with a hydraulically operated drawbar, the hinge points of the rod ends must be regularly cleaned and the lubricating nipples (arrows) greased.
