Seat Belt

Always use the seat belt.

Inspect the seat belt and mounting hardware on your machine at least once a year. If the seat belt system, including the mounting hardware, buckle, belt or retractor, shows any sign of damage such as cuts, fraying, extreme or unusual wear, discoloration or abrasion, the entire seat belt system should be replaced immediately. For your safety, replace the seat belt system only with replacement parts approved for your machine. See your John Deere dealer.
The seat belt is standard equipment. The lap belt has a push-button quick release and an automatic belt retraction.
