Moving Kernel Processor into Working Position

  • Lift kernel processor slightly by means of chain hoist (A).

    On Machines up to SN 508099:

    Lever in work position = Unlock kernel processor to lower (from non-operating position to work position).

  • Rotate lever (B) 90° to the front.
  • Lower kernel processor by means of chain hoist until it is secured in lower attaching pins.

      On Machines From SN 508100:

      Levers (A) and (B) in work position = Unlock kernel processor to lower (from non-operating position to work position).

    • Rotate levers (A) and (B) 90° to the front, as shown.
    • Lower kernel processor by means of chain hoist until it is secured in lower attaching pins.

      • Hold upper section of grass transition chute with one hand.
      • On both sides move lock (B) inward and rotate 90° (to the bottom).
      • Disengage upper section (A).
