Forage Harvester Without Automatic Lubrication Only

Apply grease at fittings (A) and (B) until grease becomes visible around housing. Apply 25 strokes minimum of grease gun.

Forage Harvesters (Four-Speed LOC Only)

Apply grease at fitting (C) every 250 hours. Apply 20 strokes of grease gun (30 g, 1.06 oz.).

Forage Harvester (7200 to 7500 up to SN 508099 with IVLOC Only)

Apply grease at fitting (D) every 10 hours. Apply 30 strokes of grease gun (45 g, 1.58 oz.).

NOTE: Unless the forage harvester is equipped with automatic lubrication, apply grease manually (i.e with a grease gun) to all the fittings at the intervals shown in the following lube charts.

The following lube charts indicate which lube points need to be greased manually on forage harvesters equipped with automatic lubrication (they are marked with a grease gun), and which lube points are connected to the automatic lubrication system (these are marked with a grease reservoir symbol).
