Checking Belt Alignment

Start engine and engage main clutch for approximately 30 seconds. Shut off engine.

causym CAUTION: Before carrying out any adjustment or service work always disengage all drives, shut off engine and wait until all moving parts have stopped.

Adjust tensioner roll arm (A) at adjusting rods (B).

Adjust deflector roll (C) at adjusting rods (B).

Position tensioner and deflector rolls so that multiple V-belt is correctly aligned with drive pulley and cutterhead pulley.
