Selective Control Valve I Switch

The selective control valve I provides pressure oil to a hydraulic outlet allowing to connect a single acting hydraulic cylinder.

Depending on which harvesting unit is installed, switch function varies:

• Cutting platform - Reel raise / lower
• Pick-up - deflector shield raise / lower

Any other optional hydraulic function that requires a single acting hydraulic cylinder can be controlled by the selective control valve I.

Moving the reel up / down or pick-up up / down is only possible with engine running and road safety switch is in field operating mode.

Push and hold plus (+) symbol or minus (-) symbol:

• To raise reel / deflector shield
• To lower reel / deflector shield

The electronic system of the forage harvester implements a time limiting function for the control of selective control valve I. If the control button was pressed for a too long time, the electronic system will stop driving the valve. In this case the button has to be released first and then pressed again to allow any further valve control.
