ECU 94 01 1   Fuel Supply Pressure Extremely Low. Plugged fuel filter or loss of prime in fuel system.
ECU 94 03 1   Fuel Supply Pressure Input Voltage High. An open in the ground circuit of the rail pressure sensor. Short in the harness to high voltage. Rail pressure sensor failure.
ECU 94 04 1   Fuel Supply Pressure Input Voltage Low. Rail pressure sensor not connected or open in the signal line. Rail pressure sensor supply connection open. Harness shorted to ground. Rail pressure sensor failure.
ECU 94 16 2   Fuel Supply Pressure Moderately High. Faulty pressure regulating valve, faulty sensor, or plugged 100 micron internal housing screen.
ECU 94 18 2   Fuel Supply Pressure Moderately Low. Plugged fuel filter or loss of prime in fuel system.
ECU 97 03 2   Water In Fuel Signal Voltage High . Open circuit in the harness, either signal or ground. Water in fuel sensor failure.
ECU 97 04 2   Water In Fuel Signal Voltage Low. Water in fuel sensor signal shorted to ground. Water in fuel sensor failed.
ECU 97 31 1   Water In Fuel Detected. Water has been detected in the separator bowl.
ECU 100 01 1   Engine Oil Pressure Extremely Low. Loss of engine oil pressure. Oil pressure switch shorted to low source. Oil pressure switch failure.
ECU 100 04 2   Engine Oil Pressure Input Voltage Low. Oil pressure circuit is open, failed oil pressure switch.
ECU 105 03 2   Manifold Air Temperature Input Voltage High. Open circuit in the harness, either signal or ground. Manifold air temperature sensor failure.
ECU 105 04 2   Manifold Air Temperature Input Voltage Low. Manifold air temperature sensor signal shorted to ground. Manifold air temperature sensor failed.
ECU 105 16 2   Manifold Air Temperature Moderately High. Cooling system performance has degraded or failed.

ECU 107 00 2   Air Filter Restriction High. The air filter is plugged. There is another restriction in the intake system. The air filter switch has failed or closed.
ECU 110 00 1   Engine Coolant Temperature High Most Severe. Cooling system performance has degraded or failed.
ECU 110 03 2   Engine Coolant Temperature Input Voltage High. Open circuit in the harness, either signal or ground. Coolant temperature sensor failure.
ECU 110 04 2   Engine Coolant Temperature Input Voltage Low. Coolant temperature sensor signal shorted to ground. Coolant temperature sensor failed.
ECU 110 16 2   Engine Coolant Temperature High Moderately Severe. Cooling system performance has degraded or failed.
ECU 111 01 1   Engine Coolant Level Low. Loss of engine coolant. Coolant switch shorted to low source. Coolant switch failure.
ECU 158 17 2   Engine Control Unit Power Down Error. ECU failure. Key switch circuit not going to ground.
ECU 174 03 2   Fuel Temperature Input Voltage High. Open circuit in the harness, either signal or ground. Fuel temperature sensor failure.
ECU 174 04 2   Fuel Temperature Input Voltage Low. Fuel temperature sensor signal shorted to ground. Fuel temperature sensor failed.

ECU 620 04 2   Sensor Supply Voltage Low. Harness shorted to ground. Sensor powered by this supply shorted to ground.
ECU 627 01 2   Injector Supply Voltage Problem. The battery supply to the ECU is unusually low. The ECU has failed.
ECU 636 02 2   Cam Position Input Noise. The connections to the sensor or the sensor has an intermittent failure. The sensing target is damaged.
ECU 636 08 2   Cam Position Input Missing. The connections to the sensor are open circuit. The sensor has failed.
ECU 636 10 2   Cam Position Input Pattern Error. The sensing target is damaged. The sensor is improperly installed.

ECU 637 02 2   Crank Position Input Noise. The connections to the sensor or the sensor has an intermittent failure. The sensing target is damaged.
ECU 637 07 2   Crank Position / Cam Position Out of Sync. The signal polarity is possibly incorrect due to mis-wiring. The high pressure pump is incorrectly mounted.
ECU 637 08 2   Crank Position Input Missing. The connections to the sensor are open circuit. The sensor has failed.
ECU 637 10 2   Crank Position Input Pattern Error. The sensing target is damaged or the sensor is improperly installed.
ECU 651 05 2   Cylinder #1 EUI Circuit Open. Open circuit in the injector wiring, on either connection. Injector solenoid failure.
ECU 651 06 2   Cylinder #1 EUI Circuit Shorted. Injector solenoid failure. Short across the injector wires.
