Address RGC 105 Calibration - Bias Calibration

After entering this address the display shows the address and biAS.

Press the enter switch to begin calibration.

Do not touch the steering wheel as the machine will now steer itself.

The middle display line shows rG if the control panel has not enabled the row guidance control unit.

Enable row guidance control unit, LEFt is displayed along with a number that represents the increasing left valve bias as the machine is calibrating.

Once the row guidance control unit has sensed that the rear wheels have moved, the calibration of the right valve begins. riGt is displayed with a number which represents the increasing right valve bias as the machine is calibrating.

donE is displayed when the calibration is completed.

Press the enter switch to accept the calibration.

EOC is displayed after successful calibration.

NOTE: If for any reason the machine movement has to be stopped, bring the multi-function lever to the neutral position and press back switch once. Shut off engine for 10 seconds before proceeding steering calibration again-Address RGC 104. Steering may NOT function properly while starting steering calibration again.

NOTE: If either the left or right valve bias calibration fails, FAIL is displayed. Pressing either the enter switch or the back switch navigates back to the OBD address when a failure occurs. Steering Offset Calibration must be performed before starting the valve bias calibration. If this address is calibrated first, the calibration result FAIL is shown immediately.

Press back switch twice to return to the tachometer display.

If trouble code RGC 300654.14 is displayed, return the engine to idle. Shut off the engine and wait 10 seconds. Start the engine and repeat steering calibration-Address RGC 104. In some extreme cases, this may need to be done more than one time.
If no trouble code is displayed, proceed to the steering test mode-Address RGC 108.
