Address RGC 101 Calibration - Ratio Setting

NOTE: The ratio is a value that changes with the speed of the machine. The effect of the feeler inputs is adjusted using the ratio setting as a starting point. As the machine travels faster the effect of the probes is reduced. A higher value will produce a larger output for a given feeler input at higher speeds.

The value of the ratio setting parameter is between 1 and 4.
