Electric Coolant Heater

CAUTION: To avoid shock, always use a 3-wire, heavy duty electrical cord, and be sure it is properly grounded.

Before connecting heater to power source, be sure that element is immersed in coolant. NEVER energize heater in air. If so energized, element sheath could burst causing personal injury.

Connect coolant heater to a 115-volt electrical outlet.

In extremely cold weather, it may take 5 to 8 hours to heat engine. Coolant heater has a 1000-watt heating element with John Deere engines and a 1500-watt heating element with Cummins engines.
