Length-of-Cut Transmission Oil Change (IVLOC)

Change transmission oil once a year (oil specification see "Fuel, Lubricants, Coolant and Capacities" Section).

Remove drain plugs (B) and drain oil.

NOTE: BOTH drain plugs (B) have to be removed as the connecting bore in the transmission housings is not at the lowest point.

Reinstall drain plugs.

Remove dipstick (A) and, by means of a funnel, fill 19 L (5.01 U.S. gal) of transmission oil through filler opening (oil specification see "Fuel, Lubricants, Coolant and Capacities" Section).

With front shield in vertical position check oil level at dipstick (A).

Reinstall dipstick and check: Oil level should be between upper and lower marks on dipstick.
