Locking Device - Kernel Processor / Power Chute Main Drive (Four-Speed LOC Only)

IMPORTANT: The locking device of the kernel processor / power chute main drive must be engaged every time cutterhead is turned backwards (knife sharpening procedure, adjustment of stationary knife or manually reverse functions).

Locking Device - Engaged

In order to use the automatic knife sharpening, automatic stationary knife adjust or manually reverse functions of the cutterhead remove clip (A), raise the tensioner arm and secure with hook (B).

Locking Device - Disengaged

Move hook (B) to the left to release the tensioner arm and secure with clip (A).

Place idler roll on belts.
