Turn On Ignition
Press key into switch and turn to position I. The following
indicator lights
will glow:

Alternator indicator light.

Engine oil pressure indicator light.

Parking brake indicator (flashing) light (only when a transmission gear is engaged).
In addition, the acoustical warning system will be activated:
-
Should parking brake be applied with gear engaged.
-
If coolant temperature is too high.
-
If straw warning device is activated.
