Remove the header drive shield. Then loosen the header drive chain (A) and remove sprocket (B) from the feeder house upper shaft.

Remove guide (C) from belt idler (D).

Remove Mounting Bolts

Remove mounting bolts (A) and locking bolt (B).

Remove Pulley

causym CAUTION: This pulley weighs about 40 kg (88 lb) and is difficult to handle.

Remove beater pulley (B).

Installing Drive Belt

Reverse the above sequence to install a new belt.
