Rethreshing

Unthreshed pod, head or ear tips passing via the chaffer extension and carried beyond the end of the grain screen fall on the tailings collector (A). From there they slide to the lower tailings auger (D).

This material is then carried by the tailings elevator (F) to the front of the threshing cylinder where an auger uniformly distributes it in the separator.
