Install flaps at the end of straw walkers to avoid accumulation of material on top of chopper deflector (Available from your John Deere dealer).

Change height setting of bottom feeder conveyor drum.

Install special kit for corn.

Straw chopper: Remove counterknives.

Remove cylinder baffle (see "Separator and Cleaning Unit" Section).

Set the combine for corn harvesting after reading the figures in the table in this section.
