Operational Check of Combine Harvester Computer

Switch on ignition.

I - Check Straw Walker Sensors:

Rotary switch (A) should be in the medium position on both sides.

Actuate the left and right straw walker sensors by tapping them lightly with a hard object or by dropping kernels on them. A second person is required to observe the straw walker bar graph at the display. The bar graph must be seen to move.

II - Check Cleaning Shoe Sensor:

Tumbler switch (B) should be in the middle position.

Check cleaning shoe sensor in the same way as the straw walker sensors.

If a fault occurs during the check described above, have the fault rectified by your John Deere dealer.
