The cutterbar can be in one of three positions relative to the auger: retracted, intermediate and extended.

Retracted Position

NOTE: Headers are set in this position at the factory.

    Use this position for the following types of plants:

  • short
  • downed
  • wet
  • weedy

  • medium width, medium height
  • standing
  • low moisture
