Adjusting Automatic Unloading Auger Cut-Out Device

A steel cable (A) operates a safety device which keeps the unloading auger from running when the auger is not in the unloading position. The steel cable (A) is tightened when the auger is closed.

Before adjusting the cable (A) remove the control console left side cover.

Use nut (B) to adjust the spring (C) length (X) at 39 mm (1.54 in.). Then tighten lock nut (D).

NOTE: If the cable is excessively stretched, shorten it with a clamp located above the auger cut-out device (Not illustrated).
