Replacing Threshing Unit Drive Belt

See your John Deere dealer when the threshing unit drive belt needs to be changed.

The following instructions cover only removal of the belt from the beater pulley. This is for removal of the beater pulley in order to remove the cylinder feeder drive belt.

Move the unloading auger to the unloading position.

Remove the cable (A) and roller (B).

Disengage the threshing lever to loosen the belt.

Loosen guide (C) and remove belt (D).

Reverse these steps to reinstall the belt.
