Bleeding the Variable Speed Reel System

If the reel cylinder hoses are disconnected or if the reel is not level, all the trapped air needs to be removed from the circuit and cylinders.

To remove the air, loosen the reel left cylinder upper drain plug (A). Then lift the reel. Replace the plug when oil begins to flow out of the drain plug without bubbles.
