Cleaning the Evaporator

1. Open the cab roof by loosening the screws (A).

2. Loosen the screws (B) and remove cover (C).

3. If the air conditioner is not cooling, check the evaporator fins (D) for obstructions. If obstructions are found, remove them with compressed air.

4. Make sure the condensate drain hoses are clear. Clean them with compressed air (blowing from top to bottom).

5. The evaporator fins must not be bent.
