Make sure the cutterbar is straight before aligning the fingers.

causym CAUTION: Always set the reel hydraulic cylinder safety lockouts before working under the reel.

Hammer double fingers up or down as needed to obtain a smooth cut between the blade and finger. Tighten the bolts as each segment is aligned.

NOTE: The slot in each finger should be parallel to the corresponding blade. Note the blade position as shown by the arrow.

Any blades that have been replaced will need to be aligned in order to ensure a smooth cut.
