Fan
Before changing fan speed, adjust the chaffer and screen openings (see the charts in "Combine Settings" in this Section for initial adjustment values) and direct the air flow using the baffles. Start at a relatively low speed and gradually increase it until most of the straw is blown out without losing any grain.
Once the fan speed has been adjusted, make any additional corrections by fine-tuning the screen and chaffer. Then, if necessary, readjust the fan speed until the best results are obtained.
