Feed Chains

The conveyor chains should always be tight enough that the cross members lightly touch the bottom of the elevator. When properly adjusted, the chain will arch to accept different amounts of crops to ensure a uniform supply to the separator.

Extremely tight chains will not hold a sufficient amount of crop and can result in blockage.
