Replacing Tine Separator Tines or Flow Dividers

Roll out tine separator to gain access to the tines or flow dividers, see "Rolling Out Tine Separator" in this Section.

Remove top separator covers (A) to access tines (B) and flow dividers (C).

Check Tines for Wear

Check long and short tines for wear. Replace tines if dimension (A) is less than specification.

Specification

Long Tine -Length 94 mm (3-23/32 in.)
Short Tine -Length 77 mm (3 in.)

NOTE: If one tine is replaced, you must replace a total of four around the tube to keep the tube in balance.

Replace Tines

Remove round head bolts (A) and flange nuts securing tine.

Replace tine and secure with round head bolts and flange nuts.

Replace Flow Dividers

Remove round head bolts (A) and flange nuts securing flow divider.

Replace flow divider and secure with round head bolts and flange nuts.
