Replacing Cleaning Fan Belt

Start engine, engage separator and operate fan at its highest speed.

causym CAUTION: Engine must be off and key removed.

Disengage separator and shut off engine.

Remove quick lock pins (A) from shields.

Slide top shield (B) forward and lower shield (C) rearward.

Remove bolt (D) and lower shield (E).

Remove Belt

Wedge bottom sheave (A) open.

Disconnect front arms (B) and swing them out of the way.

Remove upper sheave and pull belt (C) over lower sheave.

Install new belt.

Reinstall shields.
