The following calibration procedures (machine settings) must be performed
before first use:

Header Width Calibration

For non John Deere headers a special harness kit is required, see your John Deere dealer.
2.
Header Calibration Automatic Header Control - hdr

After attaching a new or another John Deere header.
3.
Machine Harvesting Threshold Calibration - ACAL
-
For area counter.
-
For cutting height (for example sunflower harvesting).
4.
Float Calibration - FLO
-
After attaching new John Deere header.
-
After attaching John Deere cutting platform without sensors in skid plates.
5.
Concave Sensor Zero Calibration - conc
6.
Deck Plate (optional) Sensor Calibration - dEc

For John Deere corn heads only.
The following calibration procedures (machine settings) must be performed when
replacing any of the sensors:
