Alternator and Voltage Regulator

IMPORTANT: Always disconnect battery ground cable before working on alternator or regulator.

The combine is equipped with a 185 amp alternator. Never attempt to polarize alternator or regulator.

Never ground a terminal or connect a jumper wire to any alternator terminals.

Never connect or disconnect alternator wires with batteries connected or alternator operating.
