Changing Tine Separator Drive Speed

To match crop conditions the tine separator can be driven with two different speeds:

570 rpm:

Low speed recommended for corn or in small grain where best straw quality and reduced power consumption is required.

740 rpm:

High speed recommended in hard to thresh crops and for peas.

Change of speed is made by moving the belt (A) from one set of pulleys to another.

Release tension of idler (B) then slide belt (A) to the desired pulleys.
