Fuses and Relays

The fuses are located on the right- and left hand side of the circuit board. Each fuse is marked on the power distribution board.

NOTE: Two spare 30 amp fuses and two spare 20 amp fuses are installed on the circuit board.

Relays carry large electrical loads and are controlled by switches.

Relays in the central electronics box are on the power distribution board and can be replaced.

Fuses

IMPORTANT: Fuses can be pulled out. They are made with a tight fit for good contact. To prevent damage, pull straight out. Do not pry with a screwdriver, etc.

NOTE: Fuse contacts have thick preform coating applied from the supplier. It is recommended to remove and install fuses three times to remove preform coating on contacts for proper seating to connector. Ensure pins to all connectors are properly seated prior to installation. Ensure correct size fuse is used (as marked on board) when replacing.

Each fuse is marked, by circuit, on the power distribution board. Ensure blades of fuse are seated in socket prior to installing.
