11 Analog Throttle input voltage too high.  
12 Analog Throttle input voltage too low.  
23 Manifold air temperature sensor voltage too high.  
24 Manifold air temperature sensor voltage too low.  
25 Coolant temperature sensor voltage too high.  
26 Coolant temperature sensor voltage too low.  
27 Fuel supply pressure input voltage high.  
28 ECU Error  
29 Fuel supply pressure input voltage low.  
31 Cylinder #1 open.  
32 Cylinder #2 open.  
33 Cylinder #3 open.  
34 Cylinder #4 open.  
35 Cylinder #5 open.  
36 Cylinder #6 open.  
37 Fuel temperature sensor voltage too high.  
38 Fuel temperature sensor voltage too low.  
41 Crank signal missing.  
42 Crank noise or pattern error.  
43 Cam signal missing.  
44 Cam noise or pattern error.  
57 Fuel supply pressure moderately low.  
58 Fuel supply pressure extremely low. Engine should be shut down soon to avoid injector damage.
59 Fuel supply pressure moderately high.  
62 Coolant temperature warning. Check the rotary radiator screen for trash.
66 Manifold air temperature moderately high  
68 Fuel derate for engine protection.  
75 Water in fuel present.  
76 Water in fuel sensor invalid - shorted or open.  
84 ECU power down error.  
91 Cylinder #1 shorted.  
92 Cylinder #2 shorted.  
93 Cylinder #3 shorted.

97 ECU injector driver fault.  
98 Injector wiring short to battery.  
99 Injector wiring short to ground.
