Service Code Problem Solution
101E Counter of engine operating hours in INFO-TRAK™ monitor is defective. Replace INFO-TRAK™ monitor (A1).
102E Working hour counter of INFO-TRAK™ monitor is defective. Replace INFO-TRAK™ monitor (A1).
120E No feedback from electronic control unit (A13) to electronic infotrak monitor via data lines. Check fuse (F34) and current supply to electronic control unit (A13). Check the following electronic components:
1. Powr-Savr electronic logic board (A10A).
2. Control unit (A13).
3. Interlock board (A12).
4. INFO-TRAK™ monitor (A1).
Replace if necessary.
121E No feedback from control/interlock board (A12) to electronic infotrak monitor via data lines. Check fuse (F28) and current supply to main electronic system (A12). Replace main electronic system (A12) or electronic control unit (A13), if necessary.
123E No feedback from control board (A10A) to electronic INFO-TRAK™ monitor via data lines. Check fuse (F40) and current supply to Powr-Savr electronic system. Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A) or control unit (A13), if necessary.
125E No feedback from the ROW-TRAK™ control board to the ROW-TRAK™ control unit via the data lines. Check wiring, fuse (F34), the ROW-TRAK™ control unit and the electronics in the roof console.
156E A Powr-Savr software malfunction has occurred. Check relays of Powr-Savr relay card (A10B). Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A).
157E Control board (A10A) receives incomplete information from electronic control unit (A13) via data lines. Check wiring (data lines). Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A) or electronic control unit (A13), if necessary.
158E One or more relays on relay board (A10B) cannot be activated by control board (A10A). Check wiring between control board (A10A) and relay board (A10B). Replace Powr-Savr relay board (A10B), if necessary.
159E L.h. knock sensor inoperative. . Check wiring to knock sensor (B27) and check the knock sensor itself.
160E R.h. knock sensor inoperative. Check wiring to knock sensor (B26) and check the knock sensor itself.
161E Control board (A10A) has received an incorrect signal from knock sensors. Check knock sensors (B26, B27) and their wiring. Check cutterhead for rattling parts near the knock sensors.
163E Malfunction of electric knife sharpening motor when extending spindle (stone is pulled to the left). Check electric motor (M10), wiring and motor power supply. Have adjustment of potentiometers for end position checked (see Section "Cutterhead and Drive").
164E Malfunction of electric knife sharpening motor when retracting spindle (stone is pulled to the right). Check electric motor (M10) wiring and motor power supply. Have adjustment of potentiometers for end position checked (see Section "Cutterhead and Drive").

165E Malfunction of l.h. stationary knife (shearbar) adjusting motor. Check adjusting motor (M11) and motor power supply. Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A) or Powr-Savr relay board (A10B), if necessary.
166E Malfunction of r.h. stationary knife (shearbar) adjusting motor. Check adjusting motor (M12) and motor power supply. Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A) or Powr-Savr relay board (A10B), if necessary.
168E Power supply to relay board (A10B) has failed. Check fuse (F30) and wiring. Replace Powr-Savr relay board (A10B), if necessary.
169E Malfunction of l.h. kernel processor adjusting motor. Check l.h. kernel processor adjusting motor (M13) and power supply to motor. Check if threaded spindle of kernel processor moves easily. Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A) or Powr-Savr relay board (A10B), if necessary.
170E Malfunction of r.h. kernel processor adjusting motor. Check r.h. kernel processor adjusting motor (M14) and power supply to motor. Check if threaded spindle of kernel processor moves easily. Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A) or Powr-Savr relay board (A10B), if necessary.
171E Kernel processor adjustment requires too much time. Check electrical components (refer to 169E and 170E). Check if threaded spindles move easily. Have calibration checked.
172E L.h. kernel processor potentiometer indicates ground (0 volts). Check if wire to l.h. kernel processor potentiometer is grounded. Check l.h. kernel processor potentiometer (R23). Have calibration checked. Replace Powr-Savr electronic system (A10A), if necessary.
173E L.h. kernel processor potentiometer indicates 5 volts, i.e. resistance in wire or potentiometer is extremely high. Check wire to l.h. kernel processor potentiometer for continuity. Check l.h. kernel processor potentiometer (R23).
174E R.h. kernel processor potentiometer indicates ground (0 volts). Check if wire to r.h. kernel processor potentiometer is grounded. Check r.h. kernel processor potentiometer (R24).
175E R.h. kernel processor potentiometer indicates 5 volts, i.e. resistance in wire or potentiometer is extremely high. Check wire to r.h. kernel processor potentiometer for continuity. Check r.h. kernel processor potentiometer (R24).
176E Electric motor (knife sharpening) is in calibration mode. Sharpening stone moves to the left. Appears when internal motor (M10) end switches for horizontal sharpening stone movement are adjusted.
177E Electric motor (knife sharpening) is in calibration mode. Sharpening stone moves to the right. Appears when internal motor (M10) end switches for horizontal sharpening stone movement are adjusted.
178E No message that sharpening stone is in end position. Check if sharpening stone is in end position and end switch (S49) is activated. If this is the case, check end switch (S49) and wire to end switch.
202E No message that somebody is sitting on operator's seat though seat is occupied. If there is no message though the seat is occupied, check seat switch (S44) and wire to seat switch.
206E Program for sharpening knives or adjusting stationary knife (shearbar) cannot be activated because input signal from switches (S32) and (S33) for moving shift rods at length-of-cut transmission into neutral position is missing. Move shift rods at length-of-cut transmission into neutral position. Use shims to re-adjust switches (S32) and (S33).

Service Code Problem Solution
207E Manual knife sharpening reverser switch in "On" position while starter switch was turned to position (II). Move reverser switch to "Off" position during manual knife sharpening process (see Section "Cutterhead and Drive").
210E Row-independent harvesting unit attached. Feed rolls cannot be engaged.
Pick Up unit attached. Feed rolls cannot be engaged.
Power supply to harvesting unit brakes not OK.
1. Check connections.
2. Check brake system end switch.
3. Check brake system magnet.
4. Check for broken wires.
5. Move reed switch back.
211E Reverser activated for less than 3 seconds, afterwards feed rolls are engaged. Reverse feed rolls for at least 3 seconds.
212E Quick stop switch actuated, afterwards reverser is switched on for less than 5 seconds. Reverse feed rolls for at least 5 seconds.
221E An external signal has been received via the data lines. NOTE: This message may appear when, for example, an external personal computer interferes with the data lines.
222E Program for sharpening knives cannot be activated because signal "Main Clutch On" is present. Disengage main clutch.
224E Program for adjusting stationary knife (shearbar) or kernel processor rolls cannot be activated because engine speed is too high. Powr-Savr is not calibrated. Adjust throttle lever to slow idle. Have Powr-Savr calibrated.
226E When cutterhead is turning backwards, program for sharpening knives or adjusting the stationary knife (shearbar) cannot be activated because engine speed is too low. Adjust throttle lever to fast idle.
227E Desired program cannot be activated because cutterhead is still rotating. Disengage main clutch or reverser and wait until cutterhead has stopped.
228E Desired program cannot be activated because cutterhead is not rotating. Turn Iron-Gard switch (S39) off, try again. Check if solenoid valves for pressure build-up and for reverser motor are correctly supplied with current. The cause could also be a hydraulic problem. Should the message appear although cutterhead is rotating, check cutterhead speed sending unit and wiring (see Section "Feeding System"). Check manual switch (S53) below cab.
236E Steered wheels not in steering range.  
239E Feelers not calibrated. Calibrate the feelers.
240E Linear potentiometer not calibrated. Calibrate the linear potentiometer.
241E Hydraulic valve not calibrated. Calibrate the hydraulic valve.
242E Signal to l.h. steering valve is grounded. Check wiring to hydraulic valve and to control board.
243E Signal to r.h. steering valve is grounded. Check wiring to hydraulic valve and to control board.
244E 5-volt power supply to feelers is grounded. Check wiring to feelers and to linear potentiometer. Check control board.
245E 5-volt power supply to feelers is connected to 12-volt power supply. Check wiring to feelers and to linear potentiometer. Check control board.
246E Battery voltage too low. Check battery, alternators and control board.
247E Battery voltage too high. Check voltage coming from alternators.

253E Signal from linear potentiometers is grounded.  
254E No reaction from ROW-TRAK™ guidance system.
