In Case of Leaks:

causym CAUTION: Before carrying out any adjustment or service work always disengage all drives, shut off engine and wait until all moving parts have stopped.

Remove elbow fitting (A).

Remove snap ring (B) and slotted nut (C).

Install one M10 x 50 screw in each jacking hole (D).

Use screws to pull pressure plate (E) and cylinder (F) out of clutch housing (G).

NOTE: Check seals of pressure plate (E) and cylinder (F) as well and replace, if necessary. Coat new seals slightly with oil and install carefully.

Install by reversing removal procedure.

Torque:

  • Slotted nut (C) 300 - 350 N·m (220 - 260 lb-ft).

Remove elbow fitting (A).

Remove snap ring (B) and slotted nut (C).

Install one M10 x 50 screw in each jacking hole (D).

Use screws to pull pressure plate (E) and cylinder (F) out of clutch housing (G).

Pull inner hub (H) with internally and externally splined disks out of clutch housing (G).

Determine dimension (X). Dimension (X) of a new clutch is 68.7 mm (2.70 in.)

Specification

Dimension (X) (New Clutch) -Measurement 68.7 mm (2.70 in.)

At the latest with a dimension (X) = 62.5 mm (2.46 in.), replace disk pack.
