Adjusting Pump Element (A) for Flow Control

Adjusting Flow Rate:

Remove plug (B) using a hex. socket wrench (size 5).

Use a screwdriver to adjust metering plunger (C).

Basic (factory) setting is 100 % flow, i.e. detent "0 " is selected.

Rotating plunger clockwise decreases flow (one detent corresponds to approx. 11 %).

Rotating plunger counterclockwise increases flow.

Max. stroke (X) of plunger corresponds to 6 detents (approx. 66 %).

2 detents (approx. 22 %) correspond to one plunger revolution.

After adjustment, tighten plug (B) (including seal ring).

Adjusting Flow Rate According to Harvesting Unit Used

For the 6-row row crop unit, select detent 4.
