Attaching Sequence - 6-Row Row Crop

General Information

The attaching procedure of 3 m pickup, 4 row row-crop unit and 6 row row-crop unit is nearly identical. Therefore in this manual only the attaching of the 6 row row-crop unit is described.

The row-crop unit must be attached on level ground. Make sure that tire pressure is correct to keep attaching frame in horizontal position.

IMPORTANT: Before attaching row-crop unit, make sure that scrapers have been removed from attaching frame.

Lower attaching straps (A) until they are below the harvesting unit crossbar.

NOTE: Turn locking pins (B) inward.

Drive harvester slowly forward until attaching straps are underneath the corresponding openings, then raise front plate and engage harvesting unit.

Lock support (A) on the r.h. and l.h. side in the highest position.

Lock pin (A) in bracket (B) on both sides.

To do this the bracket has to be aligned.

Tighten attaching screws.
