Relay Box IRON-GARD™ II

When actuating test switch (G), the test coil of sensor magnet is supplied with current. The magnetic field of the secondary winding induces a current of 0.5 volts in the primary winding, simulating detection of ferrous metal. Relay and electronics box modules are checked as well by means of test switch.

NOTE: Test switch in cab may also be used (see Section "Controls and Instruments").

Light (H) is the reset light.

This light will go out when the feed rolls are shifted to reverse.

Light (J) is the solenoid light.

Light (K) is the clutch shift light.

Lights (H), (J) and (K) should always be on during normal operation.

Light (L) is the circuit control light for locking pawl magnetic switch.
